2. Ordering & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of incorrect pricing, design issues, or suspected misuse.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when production begins or your item is dispatched.

3. Personalisation & Proofs

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details, including spelling, dates, sizes, colours, and design choices.

Where digital proofs are provided:

• Proof approval is the customer’s responsibility

• Delays in approval may delay production

• Errors approved in proofs are not eligible for refunds or replacements

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Orders will not enter production until payment has cleared.

5. Production Times

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, complexity, and material availability. Estimated turnaround times are provided at checkout or upon request but are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe; however, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays beyond our control.

AM Laser & Stitch Co. is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by couriers

• Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer

• Items marked as delivered by the courier

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

• Personalised and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or damaged

• Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility for a remedy.

9. Cancellations

Orders for personalised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the property of AM Laser & Stitch Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Custom designs created by AM Laser & Stitch Co. remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Commercial & Bulk Orders

For corporate, bulk, or business orders:

• Custom pricing and lead times may apply

• Written approval may be required before production

• Additional terms may be agreed in writing

12. Limitation of Liability

AM Laser & Stitch Co. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Business losses, including loss of profit or opportunity

• Misuse or improper care of products

Our liability is limited to the value of the order purchased.

Products must be used and cared for in accordance with any care instructions provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care guidelines.
