At AM Laser & Stitch Co., we specialise in high-quality handmade, engraved, and embroidered products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, personalised, customised, and made-to-order items (including laser engraved, embroidered, or custom stitched products) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Please ensure all personalisation details (including names, spelling, dates, sizes, colours, and design choices) are correct before completing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for customer-provided errors.

Non-Personalised Items

For non-personalised items, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, including applicable postage costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected (where applicable).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please allow 5–7 working days for refunds to appear in your account after processing.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on personalised or made-to-order items.
Exchanges for non-personalised items may be considered—please contact us before returning any item.

Cancellations

Orders for personalised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to accommodate your request.
